The Information Society and Media Directorate General of the European Commission (EC) is organising in cooperation with The Ministry of Transport and Communications of Bulgaria a training seminar “The Project Circle: Technological, Administrative, Financial and Juridical Aspects of the FP6/IST Project Preparation and Completion”. This is the third one of a series of three events designed to facilitate the participation in the IST priority of the Sixth Framework Programme in Enlarged Europe. The first seminar was held in Vilnius (Lithuania) for participants from Northern Europe. The second seminar was held in Bratislava, Slovakia, for participants mainly from Central Europe. This 2 day seminar will be held on 5-6 April in Sofia, Bulgaria. We expect participants from the countries of Southern Europe as Romania Turkey, Cyprus, FYROM, Serbia Montenegro, Croatia, and other countries from the Community neighbourhood and Mediterranean policy. Participants from any other countries, who are interested in FP6 and particularly IST, are also welcome. Top speakers from the Information Society and Media Directorate General will present the FP6 and IST background, rules and conditions of participation, and will provide valuable know-how in the preparation, submission, negotiation and implementation of successful projects. Successful participants in FP6 projects, evaluators, NCPs and government officials from Bulgaria will share their experience with the participants. The seminar is free of charge. Light lunches and a social event in the evening of 5 April will be provided free of charge by the organisers. The working language of the training seminar is English! |
